Merchant content responsibility

You are responsible for the content submitted through your store or account, including uploaded images, text, prompts, predefined designs, generated outputs, and the final products offered to customers.

You are also responsible for confirming product accuracy, compliance, and production suitability before manufacturing or fulfillment.

Subscriptions and billing

Access to some parts of the service may require a paid subscription, approved commercial plan, or usage-based arrangement.

Pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, feature limits, and usage conditions may change over time. Final billing terms should be published and accepted before paid use begins.

Where charges are handled through Shopify billing or another platform-managed billing flow, the merchant remains responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable billing terms before approval.

Support scope

Support is generally provided by email unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service is designed to be self-serve first, with email support for account-specific, technical, or commercial questions.

Response times and any enhanced support commitments depend on the applicable plan or commercial agreement.

Service changes and availability

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, workflows, or portions of the service at any time, including changes needed for security, infrastructure, compliance, or product direction.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every theme or workflow, or error-free output in every merchant environment.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create material operational or legal risk, or fail to meet payment obligations where applicable.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding commercial commitments or platform-specific billing terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis except where specific written commitments apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shirtaki Design Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or production losses arising from use of the service.
